Seems to be a common theme that the opponents fans think the refs are bad and against their team. Yet I frequently hear from our side that the refs are bad and are costing the Celtics.

Could it be that refereeing is a tough job, judgement calls made in a split second will always be second guessed with super slow motion replays, and the refs are actually well trained and do about as good a job as can be done?
