Blakely: Don't give Cavs' new Big 3 the title yet

So now that the Cleveland Cavaliers have assembled a new Big 3 by adding Kevin Love to LeBron James and Kyrie Irving, they've got to be the favorites to bring home an NBA title, right?
Not so fast, says CSNNE.com Celtics Insider A. Sherrod Blakely.
"The Cavaliers are now a legit title contender, but winning it all may take longer than most expect," Blakely told SportsNet Central. "Here in Boston, the Celtics were able to win it all in the first year of their Big 3 [Paul Pierce-Kevin Garnett-Ray Allen] in 2008. When LeBron took his talents to South Beach [joining Dywane Wade and Chris Bosh], the Miami Heat were able to take home the second of their franchise's three titles in LeBron's second year.
"Cleveland? It's probably going to take longer because their are still a lot of questions about how quickly -- if at all -- their Big 3 can come together, Look at Kyrie Irving, who is a dynamic All-Star caliber player when the ball is in his hands, a lot. Look at LeBron James, who is one of the best player on the planet, when the ball is in his hands. How those two develop in chemistry will go a far in determine how far the Cavaliers go.
"And when you throw in Kevin Love, a guy who has been a first option his whole career, you wonder how he's going to adjust to being a third wheel? a.k.a. Chris Bosh 2.0.
"Regardless, the Cavaliers are going to be one of the best teams not only in the NBA, but they'll be the pacesetters in the East. And everyone, including the Boston Celtics, will be trailing right behind them."
