I didn't get to watch it, but I have it on video.  Hope everyone got to see his long, running, successful righty and lefty hook shots in his very last game.  In general, I don't give a fig about ranking individua players regardless of the category.  But I can state unequivocally that (family aside) he was one of the two most outstanding phenomena to light up my life.  And that is non-negotiable.

For some months after he arrived on the scene, I never got to see him.  I just listened passionately to the radio and tried to imagine what he looked like out there.  Finally, I got to go to a game, and he was so much better than I had ever imagined.  I was hooked then, and I'm still hooked now.

Go Cooz.  And thanks for so much.
