Stevens' New Demeanor

MY NOTE: One doesn't usually think of ones coach when one talks about "stepping up" but ours needed to and, it appears, is doing so. He didn't come in last year and pull "a Pitino". He was low-key. Not as much this year, and that's good.

We didn't hear much about assertiveness from Brad last season, although he may have exhibited some behind closed doors.  That could be a major reason why the team never developed an identity last year.  But this season, he seems to be more demanding, as evidence by the fact that avery player has already internalized Brad's insistence on pace. And I'm hoping pace, along with attack at both ends of the floor, become this team's prevailing identity this season.
