I hate games against teams like Boston early in the year. The losing hasn’t set in yet. Also Rondo could be auditioning for a job in Houston, or at least think he is, so I expect he’ll play really well.

Can't quite put Rondo on Rockets red But then again, I’m getting used to seeing Jason Propeller Plane Terry in Rockets uni so….

I feel like you could upgrade Terry He’s been our best backcourt player off the bench so far. Maybe he’s more like a turbo prop. He’s never going to replace the real Jet, but he’s ours now, and at least he’s not playing like a Sopwith Camel.

Boston's guards are really going to hound us Will be interesting to see how the team responds. The Celtics ball movement against the Nets was quite fantastic

There are no true contenders in the east They might as well give the trophy to the WCF winner.

This is the real trap game. I was confident in beating the Jazz and Lakers with ease, but this team is a lot more talented than both those teams combined I would bet. That's not saying much, but these guys could give us a problem if the Rockets don't come focused. If the Rockets are focused then they should win easily.

Actually, they have sully and olynyk who can both shoot 3's. If they get hot, that will take Dwight out of the paint on D I think we should win but I don't know if I would say the Celtics are a bad team

T. Jones may have his hands full with Sullinger. And though they don't do much else, both Turner and Marcus Thornton can score in bunches off the bench.

Bev or not, we are winning the home opener. Harden and Howard will just kill the Celtics.

Rondo will get his, but this should be an easy win.

A healthy Rondo would be a great fit here. He was averaging a triple double in the playoffs with a frontcourt of Perkins and Big Baby. He did more dirty work than any point guard I've ever seen: grabbing rebounds, getting steals, locking down the opposing guard, and hustling all over the place. A point guard that can shoot well is a priority, but Rondo is so good at literally everything else besides shooting that I would be perfectly happy in acquiring him.

The Celtics are horrible this year. This should be an easy win.

Hope Rondo doesn't feel the need to audition for us tonight. Rockets need to get these wins over the non-contenders.

All the Celtics bigs can shoot 3s. I believe they will try to pull Dwight out of the paint to open things up for Rondo and company. TJ and Dmo MUST GRAB REBOUNDS. This could be a dog fight.

It will be fun to watch our future PG play. Rockets win, but only by 32. Rondo 0 points, 22 assists, 12 rebounds, 4 steals, 6 blocked shots and player of the game. After the game, traded to the Rockets because Danny Ainge thinks he needs more scoring.

Give Bev these next two days to heal up. If we can't beat the Celtics/76ers without him then that's embarrassing.

I can only imagine his frustration. 2-3 seasons ago he was 5 minutes away from potentially going to the nba finals. Now he's left alone on a team that's getting blown out and looking like a high school JV team.
