Thomas' Second Tech Rescinded

As I expected, Isaiah Thomas' second technical foul in his first game—the one that got him tossed—was rescinded by the league according to Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe.  He never came close to throwing the ball at the ref in a threatening or disrespectful manner, as was obvious on the replay.  He let the ball roll off his hand with no force whatsoever.  It bounced once in a benign manner, and set up like a Rondo pass for the referee.  I hope the referee was reprimanded.  I would definitely stop short of claiming the call cost the Celtics the game, as they were very fortunate to take it into overtime, and any tiny little difference in how the last few minute of regulation played out could potentially have changed their luck in a negative direction.

Wonder if we finish a game out of the 8th spot how this might then this be looked at. Certainly he is our most offensive weapon.

Regardless it's over and done with.
