Pierce wins 3 point contest

Had mixed thoughts about PP entering 3 point contest,but once my son Johnny heard Pierce was in,it was must see TV at our house.YEEEEAAAAHHHHHHHHAAAA!!!!! we were screaming when Pierce won.Now I'm glad Pierce competed,hes a competitor and knew he was off last time,so for us Paul Pierce fans,how great was it to see him come through like he said he was gonna do,IT was really thrilling for my kids.Thank you Paul,first Celtic to win it since a guy named Bird.

......exactly can't hurt Jeb,as CWebb just said on NBA TV,alot of people only think 3 point specialists win this thing and that Pierce does so many things that its easy to overlook that he can still light it up.Then Kevin McHale chimed in he wasn't surprised that Pierce won,that clutch players that have history of getting it done,can eat up this competition because its the ultimate stage for big shots.The way we've been playing I needed this,Captains still got it.

bob they're good thanks,had a blast today taking the little one sleigh riding,then tonight they went off when Pierce came through.....great day.They didn't see Bird or Cowens or Hondo,to them Pierce is a superstar and Celtic immortal.

The good news to me here is that winning these competitions, like missing free throws, can be contagious. It'll be interesting to see if Ray Allen and Eddie House's 3pt shooting % goes up after the break.

This is assuming Ray is still with us.
