Great book and a must read if you want an inside understanding of how Wyc/Danny/ Doc think. The book takes you through the inside management process of how the Celtic's put the 2007-8 team together and how they got the Ray Allen and KG and the season and play-offs. .........PS - Wyc hates to lose and Paul was a goner if the trades did not take place!

I believe the book can give everyone a new insight on how management thinks and how it is shaping the current trade dead line and next years team.
