Interesting to see the Celtics listed at 7. Nice.

I think I'd swap 2 and 3 with the Spurs going 2 and OKC moving to 3. Hard to argue with where they place most teams.

And Portland, picked by most experts to win around 25 games is at #10.

Still hoping the Blazers plus two other teams (Utah and Houston?) pass Dallas so that pick is a lottery pick for us.
