A little analysis of the schedule:

As Larry Bird once said, when asked about the schedule, "41 home, 41 away.  Yep, that sounds about right".

7 games in October (16-31), 15 November, 14 December, 15 January, 11 February, 15 March, 5 April (1-9).

The away b2b have 1 killer opponent each.  Fortunately we get Toronto early so maybe Kawhi and Monroe and the new coach haven't gelled yet.

The splits look fairly easy.  A caveat is that there are two in February, which is not only a short month but also has the All-Star break, which could mean rest or rust.

Not a bad schedule, overall.  November will be tough, with 15 games in 30 days and 4 B2B.  February looks easy but those 11 games and the All-Star break (maybe a week all told) are crammed into only 28 days and there are 2 B2Bs.
