Should Marcus Smart Be On An NBA All-Defense Team?

Here are last year's NBA All-Defense Teams and their current Offensive and Defensive Ratings (points scored and points given up when that player is on the floor /100 possessions).  The key metric, in my opinion, should be the Defensive Rating since this is about who should be on the All-Defense Teams but I'm giving all the stats for you to review.  In my opinion you should focus on wings and guards and not on bigs for comparing Marcus Smart, but it's up to you.

This is a very basic review.  It does not include more advanced metrics like "deflections", "3pt shot close outs" and all the other stuff that coaches see and consider.
