Kyrie on desire to win championship

This was on ESPN site today. I was about to jump on him again about pointing the finger at the younger talent as the problem. His last sentence stopped me though. "I'm leading this thing. I'm going to take most of it."

He does come from championship experience. LeBron was a great lead by example teacher for him in his CLE years. Someone on this site had said Kyrie just needs to learn how to adjust his leadership style to each individual on the team. You can't approach everyone the same way. Everyone is motivated differently.
