In the chaos building up to NBA free agency’s official start on Sunday, the league has managed to establish its salary cap for 2019-20.
The Athletic’s Shams Charania was the first to report the cap has been set at $109,140,000 and the tax line will be $132,627,00. Marc Stein of the New York Times confirmed the report with a statement from the league:

The 2018-19 NBA salary cap was $101,869,000 and the tax line was $123,733,000.
The new cap will go into effect when free agency beings.

This is an improvement over 2 years ago when we didn't know what the cap was until after free agency began.  That was why Danny had to trade Avery Bradley after committing to Hayward.  The cap was lower than he expected and he had to jettison salary, and everybody knew it.
