Rookie Kevin Porter Jr has been suspended a game for making contact with a ref

Jaylen Brown is out but Enes Kanter may play tonight.

Expect another close game for whatever reason. But also look for "New Do" Edwards to break out of his slump and nail 30+ tonight!

This stat from the great Dick Lipe just made me go, Whoa! Celtics lead the NBA in most fouls drawn, at 26.4. That’s a huge difference from last year when they were 26th at 19.5 HUGE!

Kemba is one reason for this change.  He just knows how to keep defenders off balance.

8.2 FTA per game (that other unnamed player) from last season only had 3.7 attempts.

Kanter hopefully will play.  We really need his physical presence down low.  Control the glass and win!

Philly finally lost to the SUNS.

The Celtics need to keep playing hard  on defense.  Their offense will come.

This might be a good night to give Poirier a chance to bang, see if he can rebound. Hawk

Rebounding in Europe is different than the NBA.

Much is because you can play zone defense with no restrictions so a center is more often in a good position to rebound. The new Style NBA forces the center away from the rim on defense and more man to man coverage creates rebounding mismatches.

Other than that, I do hope VP can get some impactful minutes. He is a big physical body that should be able to bang.
