To be fair to the Timberwolves they actually have won the 1st pick in the lottery two times during the past 30 years, 2015 KAT and 2020?

The Wiggins pick was acquired when they traded Kevin Love to the Cavs.

The Cavs have been the ultimate bottom feeders with 4 #1 picks. Followed by the Sixers and Magic with 3 a piece.

The time period is from 1990.
