A very exciting draft day you have teed up for us, kdp!
If Trader Danny can trade those picks all the way up to a #6 pick that will be as big a coup as he has ever pulled off. Better than 2 future HOFers with little left in their tanks for a couple of 1st rounders that turned into the Js, better than trading the #1 for the #3 and a #14 that turns into Romeo.
Does your crystal ball say if he keeps Okongwu or trades him for a veteran?

Can the Celts get Avdija or is Cleveland set on him?

Bingbang,
I doubt we could move up that far. I posted an article about the Knicks rebuffing Danny @ #8. Moving up to #6, therefore, would be harder and more expensive and I think Avdija will be gone by then anyway.
In no particular order:
Edwards
Ball
Wiseman
Avdija
Toppin
Okongwu
Williams
Avdija is likely to be no lower than 5th.

not sure the Knicks are a good gauge for anything NBA related, since they are maybe the worst run team in the league over the past what 25 years?
anyhow
here is an NBA trade value chart for draft picks, only for reference of course

I like the idea of #1 trading down to #3. Sounds like what Boston did to get both JT and a future pick. That worked because there was no team at 1 or 2 that wanted JT and danny knew that before he made the trade.
What throws this off a bit is an assumption that if Atlanta also traded to get at #2 they would pass on Anthony Edwards. Obi at #2 is a guy that Atlanta does not need he pretty much replicates what they have in John Collins. If Atlanta was at #2 they would draft hometown UGA guy Edwards. The biggest problem with ATL is the lack of size and physicality at guard. Edwards would be a perfect 2 guard for them. The GS offer to Atl is not very enticing because for example ATL is one of only a few team with CAP space so the $17 million trade exception does not help them unless they were going at pursue a Blockbuster trade to land a guy like a James Harden or a Bradley Beal.
I should also mention that if Atlanta wanted Obi they would not have to trade all the way up to #2 to get him.
Trading up or down is a gamble unless you pretty much know what other teams are going to do.
I do however like a lot of the wheeling and dealing.
I think Okongwu may not be there at #6. I think the Cavs will take him over Obi because he is the better defender and with TT likely heading out of town they will need a defender like Okongwu to fill the void.
So there, I just diminished the Celtics chance of trading up to get him. Is there a Cavs/Celtics deal to be had???
Overall I do find this as interesting stuff because it highlights all the endless possibilities at hand.
Boston wants to move around the draft board and reports that Danny is looking for draft consolidation to move up makes sense provided they do not overvalue players above 14 or undervalue ones below. If Boston stayed put they would get great value at #14 by drafting Precious Achiuwa or even Trading down a pick or two for Jalen Smith.
The GH decision will impact what Danny does in this draft.
