MY NOTE:  Only 22 years old today, so let's not be quite so quick to throw the baby out with the bath water.  He averaged 15mpg, over 1040 minutes total, in his rookie season.  What hurt him, aside from being a rookie, was his 3pt shooting early on.  His 25 straight misses from 3 will kill any player's stats, but in the playoffs he shot 58.8% from 3.  His eFG%, which takes into account the additional points from 3s, in the playoffs was 76.9%.  His Net Rating over his 170 playoff minutes was a mind-boggling +33, with his Offensive Rating being 142.  His stats, both total and /minute, went up in the playoffs and that is exactly, precisely what we are looking for.  We want players who elevate their contributions in the playoffs, however many or few minutes they play.

I think the best is yet to come for Grant. He is a smart kid, a hard worker, and a good teammate, Ready to learn whatever they want him to do. I like this kid
