2nd round of Eastern Conference Playoffs 2022

With all the jockeying for position coming in the next month and half after the ASG break, I started to think about the 4 teams that will be left in the East after the complete waste of time first round is done.  (However this year's first round should be very interesting with BKN trying to dig their way out of not making the playoffs at all.  Now wouldn't THAT be hilarious!!)  

But of the top current 6 teams, at least 2 of them won't be in the 2nd round, possibly 3, just on the math alone.  

Your mission, Jim, should you choose to accept it, (Bonus points for that phrase) is to predict with great accuracy who makes it just to the 2nd round in the Eastern Conference, and then why you left out the ones you did because there will be some pretty big names you have to leave off to get to 4 teams.  And given where you think BKN will finish, more than likely, they will have to play on the road first (which that's what they are setting themselves up for with Kyrie) and they are very capable of knocking off anyone 1-4 when fully operational.
