Kris Joseph Traded by Red Claws

The Celtics waived Kris Joseph, so as to not have to carry his salary on the team's salary cap. After he cleared waivers, he resigned with the Red Claws.

Yesterday, he was traded from Maine to the Springfield Armor for forward James Mays.

Going to be 27 years old in March.
6'9", 230#
He averaged 16.4 ppg and 10.6rpg in 26 games for the Armor.

Looking at his game logs, he looks like a turnover machine.

In other news, Red Claw Shelvin Mack, who got a break and was called up by the Wiz and Philly, is now back in Maine. Too bad for him our guard corp is doing well in the absence of Rondo. He has looked good in every game I've seen him in.
