Pick the 2013-2014 starting lineup

Looking like the roster could be fairly well set for the start of the season, so why not play every sports fan's favorite guessing game?

You know you want to give it a shot...

So...what does the lineup look like to start the season?  How close can you get?

Make your picks for the season opener, but you must be in before the first pre-season game this Monday.  Starting 5 and 6th man.  Extra credit if you want to submit a second pick for when Rondo returns.  

The closest match wins the ability to say "I told you so" until the rest of us get tired of hearing it.

Bob, my guess is the dboss was suggestiing some sort of platooning at PF, where there seems to be a surplus of players.
