I would have liked to see some more of his driving game, like some from that 38 point game in the Finals or the time he dunked in Bosh's face....I remember him bowing at MSG, got some of my Knick fans/friends pissed, but I loved it. What a great career, in so many games, you just knew he was coming....then once he got into that zone!!!

Beat, what a great video about a superb player with an enormous heart and will to win. Thanks for that, and thank you Paul Pierce for so many precious memories.

Beat, this guy is becoming quite a videographer. His joy in doing it is obvious, and it doesn't hurt that he's dealing with a subject he's crazy about.

What comes through most to me is the single thing I've liked best about Paul Pierce. Among the many things there have been to like, I've most enjoyed the hard work it put in to being a leader, even before he became the captain. I believe that, when Antoine left, Paul got a strong sniff of what leadership was about; and he studied, questioned people, had a few instances of trial and error; and his leadership skills mushroomed. I think the pinnacle of both his leadership skills and his playing talents was demonstrated when he willed the Celtics to beat the Lakers for the championship. Shallow people can laugh all they want at the wheelchair thing; but, when he came back out that tunnel, we were seeing historic leadership in action.

And one of my more enjoyable moments as a Celtics fan came when Paul plunged into the crowd for one reason or another, grabbed a cup from a female spectator, took a swig from the cup, handed the cup back to her, and ran back to the other end of the floor.

Nice work, Marcus. I'm sure Paul would appreciate it.
