Love vs Jelly Sullynyk

There's a very good possibility (probability?) that any deal for Kevin Love will include either Jared Sullinger or Kelly Olynyk.  There was discussion, on the initial thread about this and opinons flew every which way.  My thought was that having one of the best players in the league at a position is a hard deal to refuse.  I decided, today, to look at the numbers of those three players and see how they match up.

Let's remember that Sully was playing out of position for most of the season and that he was being told to throw up a lot of 3s.  Kevin Love's game is all about 3s.  Also, Kelly had an awful first couple of months but then came on strong and that Sully had that problem with his hand that forced him to rebound with only one hand. I am not aware of Love injuries, I don't follow the T-Wolves that closely.

Love's numbers are off the charts, even with adjustments for /36. He does shoot a lot for one player. Kelly's numbers are up post all-star but his minutes were up too. Still, improvement/minute for him.

If they'd allow Sully and Kelly to play together so the Celtics could play six on five, it might be advisable to keep them and forget about Love.
