Who is the only player who is not in the NBA Hall OF Fame who averaged at least 25 points per game and at least 5 rebounds per game for five consecutive seasons?

Chris Mullin is the trivia answer. And IMO he should be in the Hall of Fame.

steve

sorry for the late response. Pretty good question I was sort of waiting for a hint but you went and gave the answer.

My first thought was Bernie King but that wasn't it.
Really could not come up with another good guess.

As to Mullin in the HOF to me he's like the Bert Blylevin of baseball's. Perhaps not quite good enough. 5 great offensive seasons no doubt but outside of those average(ish). Longevity is good, and from all I can recall he was a good teamate, no issues. Didn't always play on good teams which probably hurts him in this regard also. The 2 Olympic golds although nice add little for any of those players in or not in.

Is Mullin still in basketball as an management anywhere now? If so and he does well there, he might get him over the top rope and in perhaps. Still has time yet.

Probably there are lesser qualified than him in there too.
