Zeitgeist is cool. There are a number of cool places in the Mission.

Sometimes I'll go to Cafe Claude, in Little Paris. Depending upon the day, they might have a jazz band playing. The food's pretty good if you like french.

What am I saying? There are a bazillion good bars and restaurants in San Francisco. Starting here is as good as starting there, which is as good as starting anywhere...

French fries are ok, but I'm guessing 'Belgian fries'/pommes frites are a little too effete for an old seadog, huh?

Like I said, there's a bazillion places to eat and drink in the bay area. Let me know when you'll be around and we'll pick one.
