No surprise R.C. Buford of the Spurs won it:

Major (and hysterical) surprise Sixers GM Sam Hinkie got five points for getting one second-place vote. Didn't know Sam's wife was one of the voters.

Philly's win total the last six years: 41, 35, 34, 19, 18, 10. Anyone see a trend? How many wins next year, 7?

Re Hinkie:  Maybe they shouldn't allow the writers for the home town rag vote for the home team coach.

The 'ers (they lost the right to call themselves the 76ers) were a terrible mess while Hinke was their GM.

If it was his wife who voted for him he probably had to pay her to do so.

They could almost not even give away tickets to their games last season.
