We've expected this since last year and seen great improvement. He's looking like a great pick for us and should be a key component for years to come.

I am not quite yet sold on the idea that he was a "great" pick, but there is no question that he looks much improved over his summer league performances last year.

He may very well fill some of Turner's minutes this year, and he is not done getting better either.

This guy's improvement to date is what makes me think that James Young is never going to make it in the NBA. Knowing that both of these guys are still young players and guessing that they work equally hard, Rozier's improvement can be attributed to his efforts and also the efforts of the coaching staff. Young has been around even longer and has not yet come close to the one year improvements made by Rozier.
