Starter Rozier vs Sub Rozier?????

Terry Rozier has to be the absolutely most confusing player on the Celtics roster and also perhaps in the entire league when you look at his performances as a reserve role and in a starter's roll.

There has to be a reason that a healthy young guy can play so well when he gets a chance to start compared to when he has to play as a substitute behind Kyrie Irving, and I am very confused to why the player or the coaching staff has not yet figured out this dilemma.

It only makes 100% fact that the Cs would be a much better team if Rozier could play as a sub like he does as a starter even if he does not come up with the same statistical numbers due to fewer minutes. The Cs second unit would be tremendously boosted by Rozier playing like he does as a starter.

Also, Rozier would be adding millions of dollars to his future earnings (beginning next season) if he could play the same way in both roles.

There has to be an answer that can be found (hopefully very soon) as the Cs try to make a run at the title.
