Their team lost in a close, competitive match 77-82 to FC Barcelona Lassa. The league looks to have a faster pace with more dynamic, athletic guards and more physical, bigger frontcourt players. Lots of familiar names in this one -- Victor Claver (POR), Juan Carlos Navarro (MEM), James Anderson (PHI, SAC), Semih Erden, Luke Harangody. Jonathan Holmes (Celtics summer leaguer) and Furkan Aldemir (PHI) were DNPs.

Like the Celtics, Darussafaka Dogus's offense seems to be guard-driven. They've got Scott Wilbekin and James Anderson leading the charge. Zizic barely touched the ball in his time on the floor. Just setting screens and trying to box out for potential putbacks. He had difficulty defending the PnR, got pushed around a bit on both ends, and his motor wasn't as evident.

FC Barcelona is the second best team in Spain and their center Ante Tomic is a veteran 7-2 player and was drafted by the Utah Jazz.He was the starting center for Croacia national team .

Nevertheless, his numbers don't look too shabby for 15 minutes of play as a 19 year old.

It will be very interesting to see if this young man improves in this better league he is now playing in.

Solid improvement in the Euro League as a 19 year old player may tell us that he may be able to play later as an NBA player.
