Just to add some cultural and linguistic context "bang", in Thai, refers to a riverside, or shore along a river. The Chao Phraya River runs through Bangkok. As rivers change course due to erosion the water leaves the area but not the name. Ergo the names of towns that are part of Greater Bangkok like Bang Na and Bang Wan, neither of which are along the river anymore.

I wonder if Danny said no because the price was too high or because PG didn't guarantee to stay in Boston?

We don't really know what was offered by Boston and what was demanded from Indiana.
I heard that Boston offered the 2017 Nets pick but with some protections.
I doubt Indiana would let George go to a top team in the East, unless it was a great deal for them.

That is a ton of assets. Larry Bird is obviously not looking to trade GP.

Danny is not going to gut his team to add the PG's of the world. That trade would have been a real gut job.
