Paul George missed out on being able to get a super-max contract from Indiana since he wasn't on an All-NBA team.
Indiana can now offer him 5 years and $177m instead of 5 years and $207m.

I'm one of the few who feels that Hayward is redundant with Crowder and Jaylen here. Especially at a cost of over $20M per year.

I still see an upgrade at one of the big man spots to be a higher priority, I guess.

Celts really need to trade Crowder.

Hayward replacing Crowder is an upgrade.

Jaylen and Hayward can easily co-exsist in the modern NBA. Gordon is playing big 3, small 4 in lots of lineups. Jaylen is playing 2/3. Very different skill sets.
