I think once we see these guys on the court together it will take the edge away from losing IT. It still stings when I think about it he did so much and wanted to be a Celtic for life. That hip injury just could not have hurt his chances here but the Brinks truck talk was wearing thin. I will miss that little guy though, he brought Celtic Pride back after KG, Paul and the rest of the gang left.

Let the games begin, I am thrilled that the season is upon us. Wouldn't you know it, I planned a trip to NY with friends not giving much thought to the Celtics Has they always start closer to Halloween. I will miss the first game! Hopefully, TNT we replay the game the way they did last year, one right after the other. Then I could possibly see at least one half!!!!!

Monday we get our first look at the Celtics.

I am somewhat concerned that they only have 4 preseason games to play before the start of the season. The teams that have not made a lot of changes will probably be ahead of the curve beginning the season.

I have no idea what the rules are but is it at all possible that Ainge will keep the spot open (unless someone special becomes available) and sign Pierce to a ten day so he can retire a Celtic? There's a lot of sentiment for that to happen but is it feasible?
