Is It Too Late To Fire Doc?

Face it. Doc's made an absolute bollocks of the preseason.

Everybody knows Doc loves to play his starters forty-eight minutes - or more! - per game. That way, when they get hurt and worn out as the season progresses and the playoffs approach, he has a ready excuse for losing. Any fool can see that.

To get them ready for the ordeal he intends to put them through, Doc should have been playing the starters forty-eight minutes per game in the preseason. It just makes sense to get them in shape.

Instead of doing the logical thing, what does Doc do? He gives all the minutes to the bench, as if he plans to play them at all when the shooting starts for real.

Everybody knows Doc doesn't know how to bring along young players. Except for Rondo, Perkins, Jefferson, Powe, Davis, West, Gomes, maybe Tracy McGrady and a few others, well, so what?

Face it. It may be too late to fire Doc. It shows what a horrible state of affairs the Celtic world is coming to. We're running out of things to complain about.

Hey, everyone knows that the Celtics win inspite of Doc. Hell, I hereby offer my services to Wyc for a only 2 million a year.

If some CEO can run a company into the ground for a mere 20 million a year, I'm sure that I can do the same thing for the Celtics for a mere 2 million.
