Authentic Fan of the Game Winner - Next Friday, November 16 vs Raptors

Just found out that Owen and I won a contest through NBC Sports Boston for the Authentic Fan of the Game.

*We will get two tickets to the game next Friday vs Raptors
*Tour of the production truck where they produce the broadcast
*Meet and Greet with Mike and Tommy on the court
*Picture on the parquet at half court
*On Air interview with Scal

Owen is over the moon.

That game will probably be on TNT or ESPN, so folks out of the New England area will not get to see it on NBC Sports Boston. Anything you can do will be greatly appreciated.

NBC Sports Boston and the Celtics rolled out the red carpet for us tonight and Owen was over the moon.

To start the night, Owen got a new shirt to wear to the game




We got to see the production truck, meet Mike and Tommy (Tommy signed a picture I brought from him coaching the team in 1975 for my Celtics wall of fame.)



We got to sit courtside for warmups and Owen got lots of smiles and high fives from the players.







We got a picture at half court



We got to meet the White Mamba, Brian Scalabrine (he was a great great guy)



I ran into my best friend from elementary school in Roxbury, Donny Wahlberg from New Kids on the Block, Blue Bloods etc.




And Scal came up to the balcony to interview us on NBC Sports Boston

What a thrill for all three of you I’m sure!

I forgot you had this coming up and the Scal interview took me completely by surprise. Owen did great!

This was awesome, I just saw this post to... well this morning and i'm thrilled you got to enjoy this moment, something Owen is going to remember for rest of his life.

Wow, what a complete night! Big fan of Donny, he is so believable as a detective in Blue Bloods.

Paul. I looked up from typing and all of a sudden there you both were with Scal. I couldn’t type fast enough!!!! Owen was awesome. What a great memory for all of you. Little did they know you were probably ready to jump for joy!!!! It was great and Owen was perfect. Make sure you tell him we all saw him on ther with you right when it happened!!!
