In their first meeting on November 24, the Mavs stung the Celtics in a 113-104 win.
Everybody is talking about Luka. He put up a respectable 15 points and 8 assists but this game was lost because the Celtics could not check Barea who scored 20 points. It did not help their cause with 18 turnovers.
The loss was an embarrassment for a team expected to win.
The Mavericks are still on the outside looking in at 18-19. They are tied with the fewest number of road wins at 3. They have lost 16 road games.
