Net Ratings, +/- and Pace

+/- was cited by Tardust.  I'm not a fan of that stat, but with 18 games left in this season, here are the Ratings for the Boston Celtics (per 100 possessions) and their +/-.  Also, the pace numbers; how many possessions the team averages with them on the floor /48 minutes.  Pace gives you an idea how fast we play, our tempo, with them on the floor.

James Harden, btw, is a +/- +2.0.  This is why I don't like that stat.  Does anybody think Hayward is more valuable, more efficient, contributes more towards the team's Margin of Victory than James Harden?
