Pierce did not have that many I remember that. So I will say he had a little over ten. But, since you say it is more than one, I will guess him. This is a tough one, triple doubles are a rare feat. Was it a guard???? If so it had to be Rondo, but I could never guess the amount

Actually two players are tied at 13. Bob Cousy and John Havlicek.

Larry Bird and Bill Russell are right behind with 12.

Rondo went on a spree at one point, then a slump... I will guess he had around 11 or 12, no more than that, as he was a decent rebounder for a guard, and we all know he loved to pass the ball so points weren't his high point. I think he is a better shooter now, and God knows, when he plays against the Celtics or is on a nationally televised game, he puts on a show scoring baskets from crazy places.

I sometimes wonder, if he was not so pig headed and arrogant, what he would have done here for the duration of his career. He needed to be humbled after playing with the big 3 and looking so good. Too big for his britches. I think he is doing well with the lakers.

Correct, Rondo had 32 T-D's as a Celtics player. WhoDaThunk?

I didn't want to spend the rest of the day playing "Pick a number between 12 and 50", so I went with another sort of trivia question to answer the first one. Luckily, we have plenty of retired numbers in that range to supply the answer.
