Post Game Boston 119-95 over Memphis
Figured I would start this.
For the second game in a row, the Celtics demolished their opponent. If not for letting our deep bench play Boston could have won by 40.
Tatum led the Celtics in scoring with 23 points before tweaking his hammy. Five other teammates scored in double figures (GH - 12, DT - 14, MS - 12, EK - 13 and BW - 10)
I was disappointed that Ja Morant did not do much of anything (2 points and 5 assists) I think they are building something in Memphis with him and Jackson but it looks like they have a l-o-n-g way to go.
At 29-14 Boston remains in 4th place but still only 1/2 game out of 3rd and 1 1/2 out of 2nd place.
I will not talk much about the Celtics here but I have to mention the play of Marcus Smart. His creative passing skills have reached an entirely new level.

Copied from a tweet:
Tatum may have suffered a right groin strain on this play. RTP will depend on degree of strain, likely a minimum of 1 week. For context, Steph Curry missed 11 games with a moderate strain, LeBron recently missed a week
So, between 1 and 3 weeks.

Something else that I saw elsewhere. I'll condense it into one sentence:
The Celtics are playing a game of musical wheelchairs.

I just cannot recall anything like this. We have seen 2 guys with major and very dangerous infections, multiple players with the flu, guys missing games with knee injuries, ankle injuries, broken bones on their hands, hip injuries. The list goes on and on.
This is beyond next man up. It has turned into every man up.

I'm thinking the training staff might want to brush up on their resumes. Everybody out. It's getting to the point where it's laughable.

Who is the second guy with a dangerous infection? I know Marcus had that bad eye infection....

I've been in the air since yesterday afternoon, just got back to California (normally I'd say 'sunny California', but not compared to Argentina at this time of the year). So I missed the Memphis game completely.

The Hospital Celtics take Orlando: Jaylen Brown - Right Ankle Sprain - QUESTIONABLE Enes Kanter - Right Hip Contusion - OUT Jayson Tatum - Right Groin Strain - QUESTIONABLE Robert Williams - Left Hip Bone Edema - OUT
This is ridiculous. I've never seen anything like it, and it's all relatively minor stuff. I know, that's a good thing, nobody wants a knee blowout or anything like that but everybody's body is getting dinged up and tweaked on an almost nightly basis.

Welcome home, Bob.
I know that some of us laser-focus on the Celtics, but is it unique to only the Celtics? I wonder if any other teams have ongoing issues like this?

Just had a chance to catch up and watch the highlights and check out the boxscore. Some pretty damn nifty passing by Smart.
