Celts Lose to Heat 112-106 Bubble Game 3

Every time it appeared the Celtics could push through after a lackluster performance, the Heat would hit yet another 3 point shot or Bam would bully his way for another rebound and put back.   Every time we got close someone would miss a rotation or we would turn the ball over or miss another wide open look from deep.  

I stayed with them all the way until the mathematics made it impossible to win.  This was a 6 point loss to a team playing on a B2B minus Jimmy Butler.

There have been a lot of games just like this during the season.  We just do not have a reserve of fire power.  We desperately need a shooter off the bench.  All the main competition seem to have that element except for our team.

We play Crooklyn tonight at 9 PM.  There will be no zoom recap due to the lateness of the hour.  Thanks to BobH for joining the zoom recap last night.  It was a two man show.

I suspect that the Celtics will be pretty pissed off going into this game.
