Only two All-Stars will hit the market this offseason in what looks like one of the weakest free agent classes (on paper) we have seen in a while.

We have ranked the main free agents anyway, though.

I'd like us to sign Serge Ibaka.

I was somehow pleased to see that I earned more than one NBA player, Tacko Fall, who pulled in only $77k. However, he's marketing his own goods and is probably making al lot more than that.

Ibaka is likely out of our price range.

Remember anything more than the MLE (mid level exception) which I think for taxpayer teams (thats the Celtic next season) is around $6M next year , TBD.

the Celtics currently have over $142M in salaries on the books without any cap holds for Wanamaker and the first round picks.
