Danny shopping Kemba?

Usually I paste the articles, but these are mostly a bunch screenshots of tweets - you all would be better off just clicking the links.
As we all know, Danny would have traded his first born son to Rumplestiltskin if ol' Rumple could have delivered an athletic 3-and-D wing on a good contract. Will be interesting though to see if there are any ramifications on locker room chemistry though...

Rock
I am not surprised even a little bit.
Danny never should have signed Kemba last year. He basically compromised his ability to resign GH long term. I have more faith in GH moving forward than I do Kemba Walker.
Kemba had the knee issues when he was signed. Danny ignored the red flag. Now he realizes the error of his ways but unfortunately the entire league now knows that Walker is a liability and carries a heavy CAP hit for 3 more years.

Re: Danny shopping Kemba?
I just saw an article that said the Bulls were interested, but it had no info in the piece.
so who knows.
the Bulls have the #4 pick, so I guess if Ainge really wants Okongwu that could make some sense.
but I see no one on the Bulls roster that really moves the needle unless you like Markkanen as a big.
so does Markkanen, Z. Lavine (for salary matching) and swapping #14 for #4
for Kemba make any sense?

I like Markkanen as a stretch 4. He is a real good fit on offense for Boston. I liked him before he was drafted by the Bulls.

Re: Danny shopping Kemba?
I wonder if the deadline extension with Hayward is not related to the Holiday trade to Milwaukee as well. I have seen "reports" that Danny has tried to shop either Kemba or Hayward + picks for Jrue Holiday.
Might be he went into a bidding war with the Bucks and lost. They are desparate to show Giannis they can build a contender around him so no wonder he could not match their offer. And now he wants to see what other options are out there? Same for Hayward I guess. I do not believe the rumours about Hayward to the Pelicans - why would he go there? Something is definitely up though. If both sides were seeing eye to eye on either extension or opt in it would have happened by now.
This is all me, playing the guessing game of course.
I would personally have been thrilled with a Jrue - Kemba swap with all the picks this year to outbid the competition and a longer 20-25mio per deal for Hayward with the Celtics.
But this is then me, playing the wishing game
Also, been a loong summer for me so have not posted in months... so hey I guess

So who runs the offense if Walker is traded? Walker also bring a very important intangible to the Celtics.......PEACE and STABILITY on the floor and in the locker room!

I kinda wonder if the Kemba trade talk was more about trying to get Holiday here. I suppose we'll know soon IF AInge will be making any major deals, as I think they will be announced before or during the daft.

I would give it to JT and JB. Tatum was running the offense a lot in the Philadelphia series and I liked what I saw. This would also mean a lot more plays called for JB as well which some us would welcome as a better late than never decision by Brad . Marcus can run some plays as well although he lacks the explosiveness that seems to be a constant in any main PG Brad has used since he came to Boston.
The breath of fresh air in terms of leaderships was for me the greatest thing Kemba contributed to the Celtics in 2019-20 season. After the disasterous leadership by the drama queen it was crucial to show those young stars how to be a team and have fun again. I would stipulate however that the most impact has already been done and JT and JB as the prospected future leaders of the team will have to start carrying the baton sooner or later. Why not sooner?
