I have heard that Jim Brown story before.
It is not true.
In Jim's lowest rushing game of his career (10/14/62), Jim had 11 yards on 14 carries.
I am pretty sure many other times he lost yardage on individual rushes.

I watched the film on Netflix a few weeks ago and found it to be tantalizing.

Tj, i just read posts on Reddit which supports your view that my statement that Jim Brown never lost a yard was apocryphal.
