Pre-Game Nugs

We find ourselves again at the precipice of another 2-game winning streak going up against another playoff-bound team. We know what to expect. We usually play very well against these teams and are in it until the very end normally.

Can we finally pull this off and win to go 3-0?!! It really is 6 of one, half a dozen of another, box of chocolates, 50/50, etc. Take your pick.

Jason Tatum had a magnificent 53-point game last game. He's going to follow in Kobe's footsteps. No doubt. Without checking, I'm sure JT's career looks an awful lot like Kobe's (and LeBron's) did 4 years in. The question is how fast can Danny get the right talent around him and JB so we can start hanging banners before all the clocks start running out? And yes that is plural banners. I honestly believe this team is destined for a GSW 2010's run or even better.

But we will continue to need to see more glimmers and reminders like JT last game through the end of this season to make that a reality going into next season. A lot of ground will be covered over the summer. Let's see if we can conjure up the Knicks game for some lock down defense against the Nuggets this afternoon.

Jaylen Brown questionable for Denver with knee soreness. Jayson Tatum questionable with non-COVID illness.

Not the ideal time to play Denver.

They are rolling after having won 8 straight.

The optimist in me says, great that team is due for a loss.  I had all ready decided in my mind that the Celtics will win this game as well.

Nothing new to add here.  We all know the ingredients for winning basketball games.

All the fans who want to know why Brad isn't playing the kids more will get their wish. Unfortunately, it also likely means an 'L' precisely because they're kids and will get tortured out there. That's why young teams don't win championships.

Murray or no Murray without J&J and with the Joker playing I am not seeing much hope for this one.

Questionable is not out though so we are not sure both or one of the Js will not be playing right?
