Re: Playoff Observations
There’s a lot of people that want to point the finger at CP3 but the Suns ain’t there without him. Booker was putting up big numbers for years and the team still continued to lose. Ayton is just now coming into his own. They are where they are and the major reason is CP3. I really think Paul is hurt but regardless, he’s gonna take the heat if they lose and Booker will get the credit if they win. I think its a bit unfair.

Re: Playoff Observations
Ktron,
Nothing is going to hurt CP3 more than not winning these Finals. The mental toil of not winning knowing he will never get back here again and joining the Barkley Club will hang over him for the rest of his life. Shaq and Kenny kid Charles ALL the time about it and it still kills Chuck. Don't get me wrong. Charles is a great guy and he doesn't need a championship to prove himself or his worth but I can promise you he thinks of it every day and will continue to think about it the rest of his life. He never thought he would not get back to the Finals for another swing.
You can look out West and predict with great accuracy PHX will not be back in the Finals next year.

Re: Playoff Observations
Barkley can say all he wants, but not getting that ring he tried so hard to get haunts him. He had his time in Philly and then Phoenix, and failed. No matter what players may say publicly, getting ONE ring just one, solidifies their career. CP3 will be the same way, he has had his shots, and not succeeded. That guy has a big ego (don’t they all?) but
Failing this time will be the killer.
It is going to be interesting tonight. Milwaukee has to win this game, they do not want to go back the Phoenix. If they do not win, I will put my money on the Suns, but I feel the Bucks are taking it tonight.
Good, get it over with. The USA team needs the help of those three players over in Tokyo!!!

That is all true, unfortunately that’s the way sports and the media work. Dr J was always the classiest player out there, a real ambassador of the game, for years before he won, the media would constantly blitz him with he’s never won over and over. Finally when he won I was as happy for him as could be. Life isn’t fair, the best player gets all the accolades and the blame, just the way it is….

Why is it always Crowder who practically knocks a guy out?

Flipping Bobby Portis, who would have ever guessed he would be so valuable to this team

Giannis cannot do this all by himself. That lead disappeared fast.

If Middleton and Holiday do not heat up, this is going to be a long night for the Bucks.
