MY NOTE:  In case you haven't noticed I haven't been posting the Comments From The Other Side for games we lost.  That's because I couldn't bring myself to read Net fans laughing at us.  Today, however, is a different story, I'm sure there'll be lots to like here.    As always, my favorites are in bold.  Which are yours?



I hope Kai drops 50 on these bums and that city tonight. Would be epic. Let’s put this series away


Need Kyrie to go for 80

Going tonight with my 12-year old daughter. This will be an eye-opening experience for her about just how repulsive Boston fans are.  (MY NOTE:  Wait a second.  You're taking your minor child to a game for the express purpose of tainting her perspective of the city she lives in?  Nice dad.)

My Prediction: Kyrie has an incredible game, Smart throws up bricks, and Nets win by double digits again.  Edit: Smart is a good dude though.  (MY NOTE:  Wrong, wrong and, uh, wrong again)

I lowkey want a close game with a buzzer beater from Kyrie . Otherwise I want the Nets to blow them out with Kyrie playing 23 minutes and scoring 50 points

I could totally see if few Celtics fan chanting the N word specifically to get Kyrie riled up. They know they’re not winning shoot so they’ll resort to being petty.


Also worried for them to throwing haymakers and getting physical when they’re down big. Teams want to be the “enforcer” against a super team so badly.


The audacity of some Boston fans to call Kyrie a liar and want him harmed because he doesn't want to be called a racial slur is beyond the pale. They've got some sick puppies over there that frankly need to be called out by their own.  (MY NOTE:  He is a liar.)

Boston has basically seen their squad become a lotto team, been outed as racists, no FA will come there, their stars may look to leave, and they have to watch kyrie sweep them. And now they cant drop n-bombs at him during his return like they planned.

Bigger loss Jeff Green or Donte Divincenzo   Yes I’m already looking past the Celtics. There is absolutely no threat from Boston

First time the team will be tested like this on the road. Expecting the Celtic fans to be extra loud and rowdy because of the Kyrie situation. They have 2+ yrs of pent up frustration/anger at him and finally get to let him know about it in person.
