MY NOTE: 24 years old and a lot of upside in my opinion. He's a shooter, which is a critical skill in today's NBA. He has a solid 2.68:1 assist-to-turnover ratio, which is better than last year's even though his shooting is off this year. He's 3rd on the depth chart at point guard behind Smart and Schroder. Depending upon what happens with Schroder and the rest of this season we might have to make a fish-or-cut-bait decision on Pritchard because he's not getting enough minutes to progress and he's still in the first half of his rookie contract which will make him very attractive to other teams. I'd like to see him get those minutes. Let's air him out, see what we've got, and then decide. Schroder's biggest advantage over Pritchard is his experience. Well, just like with any other job, you can't get experience without experience but how do you get that experience if you aren't given the job? Let's give Pritchard the job and see how he does. If Schroder's agent isn't already talking to Brad about next year then there's not enough commitment there to count on.

Everybody knows I like this kid and for good reason.
He has to find his niche. More playing time should lead to more consistency.
Do you use him as a primary BU PG or as a shooter off the bench that can push the ball, make open shots and find teammates but not necessarily a floor general.

I like his Cousy-like, water bug dribbling approach. Defenses hate him I'm sure and if he starts hitting consistently he becomes a real problem. It's much more fun to watch being on this side! It really looks annoying to try to guard him.

Baby face Peyton, Happy Birthday. You all know I think these kids need time. Schroeder was useless last night for the most part. Once Pritchard finds his range, he will be exactly what we are looking for. Sending him to another team will bite us in the ……
