MY NOTE: Now all we need is for the referees to prove they're worth it. They have a long way to go before that happens.

Basketball may be one of the toughest sports to officiate, so there will be some bad calls along the way. To my experience and observation, they usually balance out for both teams and don’t often determine the outcome.

That being said, I hope the agreement has strong measures in place for quality standards.
