Without Brown, I think this could be a heck of a series. Since the Bey trade, Atlanta bench has been special. We just need our starters to play like they did before all star break and we could shock the world

I think Quin is our secret weapon. He'll have a chance to add some new wrinkles that has not been scouted by Boston. He'll have a singular focus to implement some stuff.

We match up really badly against the Celtics, as they are versatile and can shoot and also has a big and strong PG in Smart who can post up easily against Young. Bu then we have some strengths that they do not have and a bench that can contribute enormously.

I wanted Miami and Milwaukee this post season, both for revenge and the matchup against offensively deficient teams. Boston will be a challenge. But they also have a rookie HC. It wouldn't be the first time a new Coach got outsmarted by a veteran coach in the playoffs.

They are going to shoot and shoot more. Just crash the boards and limit their offensive rebounds. Tatum and Brown are going to do their thing. Limit guys like Brogdan and White they can draw this series out.

The Celtics play like a team that has been playing together for 10 years, but the truth is that they are playing together for like a little longer than 2 (which in fact is a lot).

You know Gallo wants to see us win!  He’s definitely giving us scouting reports from the inside.

Health permitting, I don't see how we don't win the chip this year. We'll beat Boston in 7 and everyone else in 5 to 6.  (MY NOTE:  Ego's not a problem for this guy.  Insufficient medication might be though)

This is the first playoff series that Joe Mazulla has ever coached. This is Quin Snyders 8th. We have the coaching advantage in this series.

If we want to make this series competitive we are gonna have to be perfect.

The next step for this team is improving the three point shooting. Boston has tatum, brown, dpoy smart, and a bunch of 40% three point shooters.

Bucks fan here. I am legitimately happy that our team is not playing the Hawks. Everyone is doubting your team, but your team is not the team to sleep on. The Hawks have a Great coach, length, athleticism. Make those cocky Celtics fan’s mouth shut today. I will be cheering for yall. We can do this! No series is decided until it’s over, and it’s been a while since we’ve had a huge upset in the first round. Who better than the hawks?

Today is not a day like any other day, today Mister Trae Young's team plays against the Maine Celtics.

Celtics are contenders and we’re not quite there yet, but you never know maybe Trae gives us another 50 piece and a win.

I’m just hoping for a fun series and a good effort from our guys. Gotta watch out for the Muscala revenge game though.

Thinking if Hortford crashes the board hard and gets more then 5 rebounds, I’ll be going nuts, thinking where was that when he was Hawk and we were playing Clev in playoffs.  (MY NOTE:  Then "nuts" it is, because Al got 9 boards, 2 of them offensive)

I hope the whole series isn’t Celts dominate and get a big lead early, lose intensity and we close the gap, then start trying again and easily pull far ahead again.

I think the Hawks outperformed the Celtics in the 2nd half. But the first half was really bad…so I didn’t matter lol

They tend to lose mental focus for stretches of a game. Tatum will sometimes get bored and try to do stuff that is far more difficult than the situation requires. It’s like they get bored and start testing their imagination. I’m expecting at least one Hawks comeback win in this series because the Celtics will lose focus.

Our bench has been a strength for a while now. The Celtics may be the deepest team in the league. They may have the 6th man of the year and he did absolutely nothing of note today and nobody noticed because that's how deep they are.

Trae Young career playoff stats under 40 percent from field. Under 30 percent from three. Absolutely horrible. He has been putrid in the playoffs.
