Tonight is the night that Boston has a chance to close out this series with the Atlanta.

As everyone knows by now, petulant guard Dejounte Murray has been rightfully suspended after bumping a ref and verbally abusing him. Murray was fined $20,000 in March of 2022 for throwing a ball off of the refs legs.

Atlanta traded for him last June and gave up some substantial assets

The San Antonio Spurs are trading Dejounte Murray to the Atlanta Hawks for Danilo Gallinari, three first-round draft picks and a draft swap, sources told The Athletic on Thursday. The three draft picks are all in the first round — 2025 and 2027, plus Charlotte's 2023 protected first and a swap of picks in 2026.

Anyways enough on him because do we really care? No we do not.

The guppies are barely moving and one more club to the head should set things right for our next fish fry against the 26ers.

The Celtics need to come out with intense play at both ends of the court. I expect nothing less.

We have seen corrective action taken by the team, at the direction of Coach Joe, so they should be well prepared to end this series tonight.

With no alternative Playmaker available they can put the squeeze on little Rayford Trae Young. Just go ahead and juice the little imp.

I'm hoping we are a +20 going into the 4th so that our anxious bench guys can get their licks in.

The only way we lose tonight is if we underestimate the opponent. Its a home game and one of their primary stars is out. This is an important game because the 76er series needs to get started promptly to take advantage of Embid's injury.

You are right, if they start fooling around and taking stupid shots, they will lose. Time to shut the door on this team They should win by 30 Jayson should break out and score 40, Jaylen 30 and split the rest up with whoever wants it bad enough. I believe Marcus and Al will not let this team get too come complacent, this game is ours, period

If this isn't a 30+ victory tonight, I'd be stupefied. This should be total annihilation. Whoever Coach Snyder moves up from the bench will further cripple the remaining bench. ATL will have no bench.
If we stick to ramming the ball down the open lane, picking up And 1's, then tossing the balls out for wide open 3's upon occasion, we should be fine. The potential series coming up may be the Finals. As I've stated before, there is a lot more at stake in PHI in these playoffs more so than us. PHI has to make it to the ECF to save the organization from complete decimation. If we come up short of anything less than a Finals reappearance, it could go either way as to what changes will be made. Most likely starting 5 player personnel, since Brad and Coach Joe are relatively new to their jobs. PHI's situation is quite precarious and will collapse on itslef if they don't make it out of the 2nd round this year. But make no mistake. Only one team advances in about 2 1/2 weeks.

First things first. Tonight is front and center.
