Johnny Most was born 100 years ago today. You know "Havlicek stole the ball", you know the caricature. But also.. * Flew 28 WW2 combat missions as an Air Force gunner. * Marty Glickman trained, covered the Dodgers at Ebbets. * Called Bruins, NASCAR and was a published poet.

28 bomber missions...above the quota. He was lucky to be alive. 50,000 allied airman dud not survive WW2.
