Celtics @ Pistons Tonight 7 PM game

According to the injury report that is subject to change Jrue is out. AH, KP, JB and JT are all questionable. Sam is listed as probable.

This will be the first game of our extended 6 game road trip.

The Pistons are also nursing a rash of injuries. I read that Stewart is out out the year. https://www.espn.com/nba/team/injuries/_/name/det/detroit-pistons

They have dropped 4 straight.

Since this game will be the first of a B2B we can expect either AH or KP to sit. Maybe both of them will. Luke Kornet who did not play much in the Bucks game should factor into this game. I think we could see both PP and SH in the lineup tonight. It makes a lot of sense to play our bench more given the opponent and our goal to get the starters some rest.

Those injury reports have game-time decision(s) written all over them!  It can't make DET feel very good if we sit everybody out just because they suck.  But this ain't the early 90's in DET.  So, they'll just have to suck it up.

I'm actually looking forward more to these games with lots of holes for our bench to fill than when we're all up and running!
